Volunteering is valuable work. It also gives you the chance to learn new things. That is why volunteers in Breda can follow free online courses through MOOIWERK. It is our way of supporting your development and saying thank you for your commitment.

Why learning online?

Volunteers play an important role in Breda. They support many people and organisations across the city. Through our online learning platform you can develop new skills and gain new knowledge. You can choose from more than 500 courses on many different topics. Online learning is flexible and easy to combine with your volunteer work.

Benefits of online learning:

• You learn at your own pace

Do you prefer learning together with others and a trainer? MOOIWERK also offers workshops and training sessions. These are in Dutch. Take a look at our workshop calendar.

How does it work?

All courses are fully online. You can follow them on your laptop, tablet or phone. At home, at work, or anywhere else. You can join if you:

• live in Breda and volunteer there
• or volunteer in Breda but live somewhere else

Online learning is available throughout the year. You can start when it suits you. After you sign up, we will create an account for you on mooiwerk.leert.nl. Once your account is active, you have four weeks to complete your course. Need more time? Send us an email at workshops@mooiwerkbreda.nl. We will be happy to help.
